Open Access Policy
PJICM provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. PJICM is an “open access” journal that gives online access, free of charge, and other access barriers.
PJICM supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing which defines an open access journal as one which grants a "free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship" and from which every article is "deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository".
As an open-access publication model, PJICM enables the free-of-cost dissemination of refereed research to the global community. PJICM is committed to achieving the highest quality of scientific research to drive progress in academic research with innovation. PJICM partially levies article-publishing charges to cover the cost of the publication. Authors publishing with PJICM retains the copyright to their work allowing the articles to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction, as long as the original work is correctly cited. PJICM supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing. PJICM has been helping students, scholars, researchers, professionals, scientific societies, and academic institutions to achieve their goals in an ever-changing world. By partnering with learned institutions and societies, PJICM supports researchers to communicate discoveries that make a difference.
